AI Capital is hiring a hands-on Production Lead to support fabrication and production of mobile medical coaches and trailers. The role leads floor execution, production scheduling, build sequencing, quality, labor allocation, troubleshooting, and team development while participating in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cabinetry, welding, and medical equipment integration. It requires at least five years of experience in RV manufacturing, specialty vehicle fabrication, emergency vehicles, custom trailer fabrication, marine interiors, or similar hands-on production environments, with prior leadership experience preferred. The position is onsite or remote Monday through Friday, with minimal travel for occasional field support.
