Description
Spartech is hiring a Production Lead Operator in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to lead and support extruder and pelletizing operations that manufacture plastic sheet and pellets. The role includes setting up and operating machinery, quality testing, changeovers, equipment and plant housekeeping, forklift and hoist operation, paperwork, coaching coworkers, and participating in Kaizen and lean activities. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with strong math and reading skills, accurate paperwork ability, good hand-eye coordination and vision, and the ability to work a full schedule including overtime.
