Description
NAVER Vietnam is hiring a Production Lead (Visual Supervisor) to plan and manage production schedules across Art, Tech, and Content teams; oversee project progress and risks; define visual direction and quality standards; review modeling, animation, lighting, and level art; coordinate cross-pipeline collaboration; and troubleshoot real-time rendering, performance, shaders, and motion capture issues. The role requires deep knowledge of real-time content production with Unreal Engine or Unity, broad art, tech, and production experience, scheduling and resource management skills, and strong visual quality control and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include virtual streamer and virtual production experience, cinematic lighting, environment setup, visual direction, global partner collaboration, and familiarity with AI, motion capture, XR, or emerging content technologies.
