Description
The Production Leadman oversees the timely and efficient flow of raw materials into finished products, maintains and repairs production equipment, coordinates breakdowns with Maintenance, leads continuous improvement, helps achieve departmental targets, and supports plant safety activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience, and 2–3 years of industrial or manufacturing experience; technical education, labor relations, leadership and training experience, and production maintenance knowledge are preferred.
