Description
The Production Line Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, assisting with line setup and changeovers, performing basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs, handling materials, operating forklifts, conducting quality checks, and supporting the Production Manager. The role requires mechanical aptitude, forklift experience, physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more, and flexibility for overtime or adjusted hours; on-site daily presence is required.
