Description
The Production Line Operator works in the Manufacturing department to produce Fol Epi, Géramont, and Chamois d’Or cheeses. Responsibilities include operating production stages, starting up and cleaning equipment, taking samples and measurements, recording data, maintaining batch traceability, coordinating with other departments, performing first-level maintenance, producing lactic cultures when trained, and training new employees. The role follows a three-shift 3x8 schedule with weekends and public holidays worked, and requires a CAP/BEP/Bac Pro-type qualification plus significant initial production line operator experience; food industry knowledge is advantageous.
