Description
Bosch is hiring a production line supervisor responsible for achieving the production plan, safety and quality requirements, and OEE targets while managing personnel and production-line resources. The role coordinates staffing and workstations, monitors cycle time and line balancing, ensures work instructions and quality controls are followed, leads safety and production meetings, trains team members, manages nonconforming material and scrap, performs 5S and autonomous maintenance, and records production and anomalies in SAP and BONTE. The position requires a university technician qualification or an engineering/bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field such as Industrial Engineering, availability for rotating eight-hour shifts, and knowledge of Lean/5S, SAP, BONTE, SPC, ISO/TS 16949, production balancing, measuring instruments, and people leadership.
