A & M Cheese is hiring a Production Line Technician for its 1st-shift team in Toledo, Ohio. The role involves opening cheese cases, preparing and setting up production equipment, cutting and inspecting cheese, boxing and labeling finished product, palletizing, bale-making, maintaining a clean production area, and operating industrial trucks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, English communication and basic math skills, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, industrial-truck operation, and the ability to work in cool, damp environments. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Fridays as needed, and pays $17.00 per hour with health, prescription, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match, life insurance, holiday pay, and paid time off.
