Description
The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate physical and system inventory, executing movement flows for the four Sim verticals, releasing equipment for contracts, industrialization, sale, and disposal, and supervising warehouse or distribution operations. The role requires higher education in a relevant field, at least three years of supervisory experience, ERP and advanced Excel skills, cycle-count and discrepancy-resolution knowledge, and the ability to verify tax documentation. Responsibilities include reporting operational KPIs, maintaining SOPs, improving layouts and workflows, ensuring 5S and safety compliance, and serving as the audit contact.
