Description
The Production Machine Operator sets up and operates coating, winding, and cutting machines; performs equipment maintenance; conducts optical quality control of manufactured parts; documents production data and machine parameters; and works in a three-shift system. The role requires a completed vocational qualification or university degree, German B2 language skills, 3–5 years of relevant experience, technical understanding, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts and weekends. The position is based in Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Bavaria, and offers tariff-based pay plus additional benefits, structured onboarding, initial accommodation support, and long-term employment.
