The role operates, sets up, and monitors production plants and machinery; ensures uninterrupted production; performs quality checks; troubleshoots minor issues; supports maintenance and repair; supplies materials and monitors material flow; and complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Candidates should have a technical or trade qualification or production/machine-operation experience, practical technical skills, reliability, teamwork, shift availability, and basic German knowledge.
