PerSe-Partner is placing a production-machine operator directly with a customer in Ennepetal. The role involves operating production machinery, setting up, retooling, and adjusting machines, monitoring production, resolving minor disruptions, checking product quality, and documenting inspections. Applicants need completed technical or commercial/vocational training, preferably plastics or rubber technology experience or machine-operation experience, and must work a three-shift system. The position offers 38.75 hours per week, vacation pay, a 13th-month salary, FitX membership, and a company bicycle offer.
