PASIT is seeking several production-machine operators and setup technicians for dental-product manufacturing in the Greater Munich area. The role involves setting up and operating machines, performing job changeovers and complex tool changes, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, conducting quality inspections, analyzing root causes, managing work orders and KPIs, commissioning machines without electronics, and coordinating with the workshop. Candidates should have precision-mechanic, industrial-mechanic, machining-technician, or machine-and-plant-operator training or relevant experience, along with machine-operation, troubleshooting, technical, shift-work, teamwork, quality, and German-language skills.
