Siegfried is hiring a Production Maintenance Manager for its Zofingen site to lead GMP-compliant maintenance of technical equipment, systems, and infrastructure. The role owns the maintenance and asset-management strategy, reliability and asset-care programs, equipment availability, budget and cost control, GMP and regulatory compliance, and the professional development and succession planning of the maintenance organization. Candidates need a relevant university degree or technical vocational training, several years of GMP maintenance or engineering experience, at least three years of leadership experience, and fluent German and English.
