Tolmar is hiring a Production Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, scheduling, training, and technical support of production and packaging equipment and aseptic processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role supervises maintenance technicians, manages work orders and spare parts, supports audits and quality investigations, develops preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinates with internal and external technical resources. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, five years of maintenance experience in a regulated industry, and at least two years of supervisory experience preferred. The position works Wednesday through Saturday, with every other Wednesday off, and pays $95,000–$100,000 plus a 15% shift differential and bonus eligibility.
