Description
The role is responsible for setting up and monitoring production workstations, troubleshooting production facilities, performing maintenance and spare-parts management, supporting continuous improvement, analyzing performance indicators, accepting tools and facilities, coordinating service and maintenance work, and conducting production trials. The profile requires state-certified technician or master craftsman status, comparable technical vocational training, relevant experience, knowledge of control and automation engineering and fixture and jig construction, strong technical and IT skills, and structured independent working methods.
