Description
Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. is hiring a Production Management Intern to support the management of fresh citrus production lines. The intern will partner with an experienced production manager, assist with employee management, enforce food and general safety programs, oversee machinery and equipment, communicate process improvements, provide reporting, and help identify and resolve production problems. The role requires at least 20 hours per week, enrollment in an accredited university or college, and an Agriculture Business major or related degree. The internship typically lasts three months and may be extended based on a 90-day evaluation.
