Silgan is hiring a Production Management Trainee to complete a 3–6-month technical training program and then support plant operations, including statistical process control, quality tools, SOP enforcement, production throughput, equipment and material management, staff development, reporting, safety, and work assignment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing machinery experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation is $62,900–$82,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
