Description
The Production Manager will oversee production workflows, schedules, project delivery, quality, and the production team. Responsibilities include creating workflows and schedules, managing projects from start to finish, assigning work, handling packing and shipping logistics, sourcing and qualifying print materials, conducting R&D for new projects, and solving problems. The role requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, multitasking, and quality-assurance skills, along with Microsoft Excel proficiency; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
