Description
The Plant Manager provides full-site leadership for a high-volume, high-mix vehicle manufacturing and upfit facility, owning production, quality, safety, delivery, labor efficiency, cost performance, and plant P&L. The role manages scheduling, capacity, workforce, inventory, equipment, maintenance, quality, supply chain, logistics, capital planning, and operational recovery while leading plant teams and partnering with cross-functional functions. It requires 3–7 years of progressive manufacturing or automotive production leadership experience, offers a hybrid work environment with regular on-site presence and occasional travel, and includes medical, dental, vision, health spending, dependent care savings, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) matching plan.
