Description
The Plant Supervisor assists the Plant Manager in overseeing brick manufacturing operations and production processes. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance; supervising teams across raw materials, manufacturing, quality control, firing, packaging, shipping, inventory, and maintenance; supporting new product development; monitoring performance and corrective actions; planning preventive maintenance and capital projects; and managing hourly production employees, scheduling, performance, and employment-related issues. The role requires a college degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and at least five years of supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, with building products experience preferred.
