Description
The role manages disciplinary leadership and organization across assembly manufacturing, surface technology, and welding departments; ensures occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance; oversees on-time, quality, and cost-efficient order processing; drives operational-excellence improvements; and coordinates budget and capital-expenditure planning with plant management. It requires a degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification, several years of professional experience, preferably in the metal industry, along with welding and surface-technology experience, leadership experience, MS Office proficiency, and excellent English skills.
