Description
The Production Manager is ultimately responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of production activities. The role manages and coaches the production team, prepares and monitors production schedules, coordinates with engineering on precast-product execution, monitors output and KPIs, maintains the 5S system, leads automation and optimization projects, manages raw materials, and coordinates maintenance and technical installations. The position requires an industrial or civil engineering degree, industrial production experience, leadership and analytical skills, and a good command of French.
