Description
The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day organization of a highly automated production environment, manage production schedules and staffing, coach a team of approximately 100 employees, lead automation and robotization improvement projects, monitor KPIs, and coordinate production with logistics, quality, and maintenance. The role requires an industrial engineering background, production management experience, strong people-management and communication skills, technical insight into production installations, and interest in automation, robotization, and digitalization.
