AEG is hiring a Manager Production to lead and coordinate all production-related aspects of assigned music, concert, and live events at a new 68,000-square-foot venue in Portland, Oregon. The role serves as the venue’s primary technical liaison, advances artist and client requirements, develops and manages production budgets, coordinates vendors and event logistics, oversees load-in through load-out and show settlement, supervises and schedules production staff, maintains technical assets, and ensures contract compliance, operational quality, and client satisfaction. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of related experience, music industry and live-event production knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and management and conflict-resolution skills. It is full-time, pays $82,158–$92,500 annually, includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
