Description
ALOM is hiring a Production Manager to lead and manage technical production teams, drive manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, staffing, forecasting, and customer SLA performance. The role includes supervising production staff, developing training programs, optimizing production lines and material flow, establishing lean management principles, and coordinating with warehouse, quality, technology engineering, account management, and document control teams. Candidates need at least four years of experience in high-volume automated and manual assembly manufacturing, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and knowledge of ISO, QMS, CAPA, WMS, and ERP systems.
