Description
The Production Supervisor operates the Peosta Amcor Plant’s Production Department and factory procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, maximum operating efficiency, adequate staffing, training, performance management, safety, GMP, ISO and quality-management-system compliance, and cost analysis. The role reports to the Plant Manager, coordinates production projects with other departments, and may execute production investigations. Preferred qualifications include a technical school degree or manufacturing knowledge, 3–5 years of production-supervisor experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
