avad3 is hiring a full-time Production Manager in Lowell, Arkansas to serve as the primary client contact and oversee event production from planning through execution. The role coordinates clients, internal teams, and external crews; manages schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and onsite leadership; and maintains strong stakeholder relationships. Candidates need event planning, live-event production, and client-relationship experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
