Description
The role coordinates and leads manufacturing activities in a designated production department, managing rotating-shift teams, production planning, quality gates, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, performance reporting, and continuous-improvement projects. It also represents the company in regional or global communities and requires a university degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, at least five years of operations or manufacturing experience, strong leadership, business understanding, English fluency, and preferably Lean Six Sigma, garment-production, weaving, or printing expertise.
