BMG is hiring a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at its Knoxville facility, which designs and produces thermoforming packaging and automation solutions. The role oversees Operations, Quality, Production Planning, and Project Management; manages production scheduling, capacity, costs, inventory, equipment, safety, quality, and continuous improvement; and supervises managers, engineers, and technical staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least seven years of progressive industrial manufacturing experience, and four or more years leading teams of 25 or more people. No visa sponsorship is available.
