Description
The Production Manager (PDM) is ultimately accountable for the completion and profitability of multiple residential remodeling projects, managing construction teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, change orders, safety, and project closeout. The role supervises Project Managers and may oversee Carpenters and Laborers, collaborates with Sales and Design teams, and requires extensive residential construction, field operations, supervisory, communication, and problem-solving experience.
