Description
The Production Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees production operations in a refractory plant, managing schedules, equipment, manpower, materials, quality, safety, compliance, and continuous-improvement activities. The role requires a BE/BTech in Ceramic or Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of refractory production, and 2 to 5 years of refractory production experience, with PLC and SCADA knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO standards.
