The role is responsible for safety, quality, delivery, cost, staffing, equipment, materials, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and the development of supervisors and frontline employees. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of manufacturing experience including 2 years managing production supervisors and hourly teams, and experience with production planning, Lean Manufacturing, and related quality and operational processes. The annual salary is $117,500 to $234,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
