Description
The Production Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of a manufacturing operation, including production planning, personnel management, safety compliance, inventory and equipment maintenance, quality protocols, and Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires experience in a manufacturing production or operations management setting, knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems, leadership across multiple shifts or departments, and the ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
