Chromalloy is hiring a Production Manager in Tilburg to oversee daily production and repair activities in its aerospace MRO shop. The role manages four Team Leaders and 15–20 employees, monitors KPIs such as turnaround time, on-time delivery, quality, and safety, leads Lean and 5S improvement initiatives, and collaborates with Customer Service, Engineering, QA, and EHS. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, several years of production or MRO leadership experience, knowledge of production planning and improvement methodologies, strong communication and coaching skills, and fluency in English.
