Chromalloy Holland is hiring a Production Manager in Tilburg to oversee daily shopfloor production and repair activities in an aerospace MRO environment. The role manages four Team Leaders and 15–20 employees, monitors KPIs such as turnaround time, on-time delivery, quality, and safety, leads Lean and 5S improvement initiatives, and collaborates with Customer Service, Engineering, QA, and EHS. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, several years of production or MRO leadership experience, team-management ability, knowledge of production planning and improvement methodologies, strong communication and coaching skills, and fluency in English.
