Clicars is hiring a Production Operations Manager to design and pilot the production planning and operational management system, maintain the master production plan, align capacity with demand, manage production backlogs and maintenance, lead continuous-improvement projects, oversee KPIs and operational budgets, and lead more than 170 people across three direct reports. The role is based in Madrid Villaverde, offers an indefinite contract, and provides a salary range of 45,000–55,000 euros.
