Description
CTDI is hiring a Production Manager to oversee production workers and warehouse operations, including machinery operation, assembly, quality control, packaging, inventory, staffing, P&L forecasting, labor planning, KPI reporting, customer communication, safety compliance, and employee relations. The role requires at least two years of leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume production, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or service environment, along with P&L, MS Office, data analysis, problem-solving, and OSHA knowledge.
