The role is responsible for the operational management and development of production, including leading employees and supervisors, improving productivity, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency, optimizing processes and KPIs, implementing Lean Management, automation, and digitization, planning production investments, and coordinating with specialist departments. The profile requires a technical degree or comparable qualification, several years of manufacturing or production leadership experience, process-optimization expertise, investment and supplier-development knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills.
