LexMill is hiring a full-time, permanent Production Manager to lead its milling and printing center producing digital dental technology. The role covers operational leadership, production planning and control, quality, schedule adherence, machine utilization, team leadership, process optimization, and machine maintenance. Candidates should have technical training or a degree and several years of production experience, with CAD/CAM or CNC experience advantageous. The position is on-site in Dresden, Monday through Friday from 06:00 to 20:00, and includes a fixed salary, free drinks, free parking, and language training.
