Digital Elektronik is hiring a full-time Production Manager in St. Leonhard / Salzburg to manage and optimize subassembly assembly and electronics manufacturing, plan and control production quantities and quality, deploy staff, lead and develop employees, improve internal processes through Lean Production, implement production and engineering projects, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and coordinate with management and specialist departments. The role requires technical training, several years of professional and management experience, preferably in manufacturing, leadership and execution skills, Lean Production experience, English, and MS Office knowledge.
