Description
Greenfield is hiring a Production Manager in Chatham, Ontario, to lead the Production Department and oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable production of industrial alcohol, fuel ethanol, DDG, WDG, CDS, corn oil, and CO₂. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role establishes objectives, drives continuous improvement, manages process operators and other direct reports, leads safety, environmental, quality, regulatory, and operational initiatives, and supports budgeting, training, equipment optimization, and compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, FSMA, FEMAS, and FSSC standards. The position requires a related university degree or college diploma, at least five years of supervisory or leadership experience in a continuous-process facility, and experience with performance management, change management, and technical reporting. Base salary is $145,000–$165,000, with health and dental benefits and other benefits.
