Description
The Production Manager oversees manual and automated food-filling and labeling operations, leads and schedules staff, ensures occupational health and safety and IFS-compliant documentation, monitors critical control points, conducts inventory work, and collaborates with production planning, technical maintenance, and quality assurance. The role requires vocational training in food or technical fields, manufacturing experience, several years of leadership experience, German language skills, and basic MS Office knowledge.
