Description
ICP Group is hiring a Production Manager for its Sun Coatings plant in Tampa, Florida. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role leads shop-floor operations, coordinates raw materials and finished goods, monitors product quality, supports scheduling and staffing, maintains safety and environmental compliance, establishes production KPIs, and drives continuous improvement. The position requires 5–10+ years of specialty chemical or paint industry experience, 5 years of manufacturing team management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing and engineering is preferred. Compensation is $75,000–$100,000 annually, with bonus eligibility and health, dental, and vision insurance.
