Description
Intuitive is hiring a Production Area Operations Manager to lead performance goals and operational KPIs for a production area, including safety, absenteeism, turnover, scrap, efficiency, downtime, and production planning. The role manages direct reports, supervisory performance, training, employee development, production reports, manufacturing process instructions, ECOs, audits, CAPA, Lean initiatives, budgeting, purchasing, and cross-functional production support. It requires a bachelor's degree or related experience, five years of operations and engineering experience for external candidates, medical-device manufacturing experience preferred, strong leadership and Lean Manufacturing knowledge, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, MRP systems, SAP, and Agile.
