Jacobs & Thompson Inc is hiring a Mid Level Production Manager in Toronto, Ontario to lead manufacturing operations with responsibility for production planning, forecasting, scheduling, facility oversight, staff leadership, quality assurance, continuous improvement, cost control, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering or operations field, 5–10 years of manufacturing/production experience including at least 3 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of capacity planning, OEE, and manufacturing KPIs.
