Description
The role manages production, safety, quality, maintenance, and operational performance for a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma activities, production and quality reporting, problem-solving, scheduling, customer and supplier coordination, equipment and preventative maintenance, throughput and cycle-time monitoring, employee training, and operational decision-making. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management, 7–10 years of relevant experience, Lean and injection-molding experience, and strong mechanical-equipment knowledge; a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
