Description
The Production Manager will report to the Site Manager and manage a team of Shift Managers overseeing operators and technicians in a large-scale, fast-paced manufacturing operation. The role is responsible for health and safety, KPI performance, profitability, continuous improvement, and team development. It is an onsite position working five days from 7, mostly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work during peak trading. The posting seeks someone with operational management experience, leadership and coaching skills, and knowledge of continuous improvement, ideally in food manufacturing.
