Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads three or more production work centers and multiple manufacturing disciplines, overseeing safety, quality, cost, on-time delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement. The role manages manufacturing projects and cross-functional initiatives, analyzes production data, develops personnel, applies CAPA practices, interfaces with engineering, and communicates performance to plant leadership. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing experience, four or more years of leadership or supervisory experience, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification, ERP proficiency, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation. The position is on-site five days per week, with occasional travel and flexible hours.
