Pregis LLC is hiring a Production Manager for its Conover, North Carolina manufacturing facility in the Protective Films & Coatings division. The role leads approximately 60–70 hourly employees through shift supervisors and is responsible for plant safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, training, cost control, inventory, on-time delivery, and operational excellence. The position requires a four-year college degree or 10+ years of plant leadership experience, direct-report management experience, and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and regulatory requirements; web-handling, adhesive coating, or solvent coating experience is preferred. The plant operates on a 24/7 schedule.
